FAQs

Where can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up at our Mazunte Catering & Mercado location at 6216 Madison Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45227 located just 1 mile east of Mazunte Taqueria.

Can I have my catering order delivered?

Small event orders placed through Toast can be delivered for an extra fee. Delivery for special event orders is subject to availability.

If my order is being delivered, will the delivery driver set the order up for me?

Set-up is not available at this time with our delivery partners. We have created a tutorial of how to set up our buffets here!

Does my order come with serving utensils?

Your order will come with all serving utensils for the buffet line. However, paper plates, plastic silverware, and napkins can be included upon request for $0.35 per person. Chafing racks and sternos to keep food warm can be included at $7 per set and the recommended number is dependent on the order size.

Do you have a staffing option for large events?

Our staffed catering service is subject to availability. However, for most special event orders over 100 people, two members of our catering team will set up your buffet line, keep it stocked during the event, package leftovers, break down the buffet line, and perform light bussing/cleaning. This package starts at $5 per person for 4 hours of service which is in addition to the delivery fee and applicable sales tax.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payments are fully refundable up to 4 days prior to the event date, at which point we will issue a 50% refund. If the event is canceled the day of the event, we will not issue a refund.

In need of a private event space?

Mazunte Centro and the patio at Mazunte Taqueria is now available for rental. We are a preferred caterer at Little Miami Brewing, Rhinegeist Brewery, the American Sign Museum, and Somerhaus.
